Flanders has the ambition to move towards an economy that sustainably manages its material flows. This is a multidimensional transition that to the maximum extent possible seeks to close material cycles in production and consumption. This obviously affects many different actors in policy, economy and society.
The aim of this project is to develop a dynamically evolving stakeholder map that visualises the actors involved and how they position themselves in this arena. The result will be an instrument that allows all stakeholders to work towards more targeted partnerships and strategic initiatives.
In this project shiftN teams up with Density Design, a research lab in the Design Department (INDACO) of the Politecnico di Milano. Density Design will build a dedicated visualisation platform for a dynamically evolving stakeholder map based on a continuously updated evidence base.
The project is scheduled to run until the end of 2012.
